Policy

To ensure every event reaches the Premier Moments standard, a security deposit is required for all bookings to cover potential damages or incidentals. While clients are welcome to sanitize equipment prior to return, a professional cleaning service is available for a flat $75 fee, which will be deducted from the security deposit if the equipment is not returned in ready-to-rent condition. Additionally, professional on-site setup and styling incur a $50 service charge; however, this fee is waived for all clients who book our comprehensive Ultimate Package, which includes full-service installation and breakdown as part of the experience. Returns policy is only available 24hrs prior to use and equipment was unavailable for use.
